      I did this work out for a week and my abs are paining and showing.... Maybe you are eating too much fat.... Reduce calorie intake

      My hardest is the seat sit ups, ive been doing this for a few months and follow through, it works however you will need to also do this maybe a few times a day and keep your diet regulated with low carbs high protein but other than that, like i said ive been doing this for a few months and my abs are super defined! This may take longer if you have some excess fat but eventually it works!!!

      This won’t give you a six pack, despite what he says. No exercise will. Having a low enough body fat percentage that they aren’t covered up will give you a six pack.
