Mike Chang's Daily FLOW TRAINING | Morning Routine

Hey guys!
This is my daily morning practice that I've been doing every morning for a while now. This practice eliminates any stress, tension, and fear that could be in my body so I can be present throughout the day, feel my best, and make the best decisions possible.
01:43 - Part 1: Energy Flow (beginning of practice)
18:48 - Part 2: Strength and Endurance
42:50 - Part 3: Stretching
54:52 - Part 4: Breathing and Meditation
I worked on this practice for the last 5 years and the result is a practice with a systematic sequence to open up the entire body and remove blockages, tension and stiffness so our energy and blood can flow effortlessly.
You will start your day feeling calm, relaxed, strong, and full of energy.

    I am very jealous to see extremely fit people able to find time do this every morning with spacious house and bright sunlight. I am fit, but finding that kind of time in cold Michigan mornings are impossible.. count your blessings!

    I did not know Mike was a body builder... just found it for the "flow." I have been using this for my mornings during the pandemic... can't do two rounds of the strength part, but still feel a lot better.

    I think this routine is a great exercise routine to do everyday to fight aging because we become sedentary over time. Keep the body moving. At 62, I wish I could have known about this earlier. Not too late to start. Thanks for sharing.

    Truth is, I am willing to condition myself even if it is pandemic and the second wave is going to hit NYC soon or never. But I separate my training routine of doing light/longer mobility routine, movement training, walking/running/rucking, and body-weight strength training. Coming back to your videos makes me blessed and better, thanks to you Mike Chang!

    I'm going to say I've never done this before and I'm going to start tomorrow doing this little workout here everyday like you say and see what kind of results I get by watching the video part of my language but it pretty much blew my mind f word in the middle there but it looks like great stuff to kind of like just get yourself ready to go and I'm a big guy so like you said you can modify it where start off and your body will dab and I'm going to just going to go for it and I'm hoping that this video right here me watching it saves my life because I need something like this to help me lose weight and get healthy again and be the person I can be so I will say thank you in advance and keep up the awesome work

    This is great for the body and mind! I love that it incorporates different practices and focuses on fundamental movement. Great way to start your day right and it has improved my back and shoulder pain as well as my mobility.

    Michael- Thanks for sharing this! I have an issue with my shoulder and if I did this workout every morning of my prior life, I would not have the pain I have now. So I am doing it for the next number of years of my future :) - Would you mind letting me know where you bought your sofa and love seat and/or the brand name? Much help! Thanks.

    Why are you getting body sweat on your living room rug? Yeah man, this is the best way to work out. I do most of those workouts every time I go to the gym. I normally start out with jugging and running around my neighborhood, stretching, and then kickboxing at the gym, then push-ups, pull-ups, and a lifting light weights. Lots of abb and core workouts too. Sometimes I even incorporate running up the stairs with my training too. I'm not trying to bulk up. Just trying to look and feel like an athletic Bruce Lee.

    My wife must have the strongest eyeballs ever! she constantly rolls them at me when I’m talking...Very cool different approaches to exercise..I love it...I’m a 43 year old BBuilder and I’ll tell you what- 27 years of banging and clanging has taken its toll..I’m beat up...I subscribed and look forward to hangin out. The only thing is...I don’t know if anyone’s told you that β€œyour pizza rolls are beyond done bro” that beeping throughout the video Is a little annoying.
