This is my daily morning practice that I've been doing every morning for a while now. This practice eliminates any stress, tension, and fear that could be in my body so I can be present throughout the day, feel my best, and make the best decisions possible.

I worked on this practice for the last 5 years and the result is a practice with a systematic sequence to open up the entire body and remove blockages, tension and stiffness so our energy and blood can flow effortlessly.
